Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity filling placing your order.

Personalised items should be discussed prior to order and delivery agreed and recorded on the custom order form.

All items are dispatched using first or second class Royal mail (for all UK orders) proof of dispatch available on request. The delivery cost if charged is displayed in the individual product listing. The buyer is responsible for any customs, import or tax charges relating to the delivery if the items. 

All items are sent in secure recycled Packaging.
